Rinse with fresh water after every use and let them air dry. Avoid touching the inside of the lenses, and never use soap, toothpaste, or abrasive cloths, all of which strip the anti-fog coating faster.

NoseFit's silicone grips are designed to fit most standard glasses and sunglasses nose pads. They're easy to trim or adjust for a custom fit if needed.

With normal daily wear, NoseFit pads typically last several months before needing replacement. Heavy sweat exposure (like during workouts) may wear them down faster.
